Bobo Architecture served as the local Architect of Record for MINISO's retail tenant improvement, working alongside design architect NOA, based in Ontario.

Our role was to translate the design vision into a coordinated, code-compliant project. This included reviewing architectural drawings for compliance with the BC Building Code, coordinating structural, mechanical, and electrical consultants, and managing the building permit process through communication with the City.

During construction, we worked closely with the contractor, conducting field reviews, responding to site conditions, and helping ensure the project was executed in accordance with the design intent.
